Our main goal is to help everyone lead a more normal and independent life. Our approach is to give you control of your care by placing you at the centre of the process. It can often be challenging to acknowledge that it is time to ask for a little help or support.
Our hourly carers are responsible for supporting individuals in their own homes and visiting them regularly.
Each visit to a customer will typically last from 30 minutes to a few hours a day. Acknowledging and admitting that care is needed can be daunting. Let us put your mind at ease.
Thank you so much for looking after my mother. I have been around to see her today, and the flat has never looked cleaner, or better maintained. Thanks finally for doing the laundry, and for the spotless state of the flat.
